If you are new to the internet community you need to learn about the importance of one way back links to enable you to be able to become a complete success on the internet. The first reason that these links exist is to connect 2 pages of relevant content together.

Many folks refer to these links as a particular inbound link. The link will be in a position to connect your popular site to another corresponding site. The amount of back links that you have on your personal site will permit search engines to realize the significance of your internet site material.

If you avidly peruse the web you may notice that sites on Google that have extremely high page ranks also have multiple back links. These back links may re-route folk from a site that’s of a higher page rank to another page that may not have been able to reach a high stature. By allowing folk to visit the site that’s of a lower stature you are permitting this page to grow in renown also.

Linking two pages together that have nothing in common will not do you much justice. In order for the search engines to note the pages are supposed to be together the content needs to be important between the two pages.

Many folks are making an attempt to make an abiding earnings change by working on the internet. The current recession has had folks steadily seeking out implies they can cope. In order to see any sort of profit there are particular steps that you need take. Glaringly you won’t see the profit that you are looking for after one day of incorporating the back links you’ll still need to make sure that you are marketing your site in the right manner.

Back links seem to doggedly keep growing in renown. The sole sure fire reason for this is because they have shown that they do work. The links let you connect to people on both of your sites that you would like to showcase at a previous time. You’ll also start to notice that many articles online incorporate these back links into them also.

Search engines use these back links to give you an accurate page rank. The higher your page rank the more folk you will be able to draw to your internet site, you want to keep this aspect in mind if you are setting up your links.

In order to stay on top on a search engine like Google or Yahoo you must ensure that you are solidly updating your back links as well . If you constantly keep the same content on your website you will not be ready to attract as many people as you need to because they’re going to become bored. Continuous updates of information will let you keep on top.

Back links are incredibly important to you getting the correct quantity of hits that you need on your particular site at one point. If you’re uncertain about how to incorporate the vast amount of links onto your internet site you can always get assistance from an organization that focuses on building these links. There are also different tutorials that you can go thru to teach you how to build these desirable links.

I was going through my list of online directories to submit websites to this week. The list has grown to over 1000 links. While I have not double cheeked it for dupes yet, I am sure there will not be many.

What does it take to get your site listed in 1000 or more directories? Well, a lot of patience. If you have not already seen my post about Directory Submitter, (a very helpful program to do just this), please read it.

It takes a lot of time to submit to a directory simply because you have to add your name, website, some info about your site and a host of other tidbits. If you’re going to do this manually, I suggest that you at least consider making some macros for these fields. I used to use a small program called Macro Toolbar, but I am not sure if it still exists, as that was many years ago.

If you search for directories, you may never end up finding the right ones. The best option is to look for the ones with the highest Google PR. I recommend submitting to Dmoz above all else. Then go from there.

You most likely will not notice any affect right away. Directories tend to take their time reviewing links. This is simply because they are inundated with thousands of them each week. So be patient.

The more directories you submit your sites to, the better chance you will have of getting some fantastic links. It is a simply numbers game. If you submit your website to 100 directories and get a total of 50 links then consider that great odds. If those 50 are all from PR 7-9 websites, then consider yourself extremely lucky.

What you need is the following:

A list of directories
The information you wish to submit for each website
Some easy way to add this information to a webpage (macro, or software is best)
Time to make the submissions

I try to spread them around and make a weekend of it for each website. As long as I can get a few hundred done during that time I am happy. Obviously this will depend on the number of sites you have to work with. When you only have one website then get them done. But with 10, 20 or more websites, you will want an easy system that you can follow each time.

Remember, submitting to directories is a great source for links. The more links you get, and the higher the quality, the better chances you can get some decent page rank and climb up in Google for yourself. Combining this with other traffic and SEO practices can skyrocket your website near the top of a search engine results page (SERPs)

As the search engines are evolving each and every day, it’s getting harder and harder to get top search engine rankings.

The search engines now, highly favor, websites that have a large number of quality, one way links pointing to them. Because of this, it’s absolutely critical that we consistently try to get other websites to link to us, WITHOUT us linking back to them.

Yes, reciprocal linking is becoming less and less valuable. Submitting your website to website directories is an excellent way to get, quality, 1 way links pointing to your websites. You see, many of the website directories online have a high amount of page rank and have been online for several years.

These are 2 of the most important criteria for determining what a good link is, vs what a bad link is. These two criteria are:

The age of the website linking to you

The Page Rank of the website linking to you

With that said, many of these directories have both a high Page Rank AND are old websites, giving them more authority and power in the search engines.

Not only that, but there are literally thousands of website directories on the internet that are absolutely free for you to submit your website to! While it does take time to find these directories and then manually fill out all of the required criteria to submit your website, it is an excellent way to help increase your search engine rankings.

There are some good website directory submission software products on the market. The best of which is a product called Directory Submitter created by Brad Callen. Esentially you simply enter your website details into the software program 1 time, and then click on any of the 1600+ website directories in the software and it wil automatically fill in all of the submission criteria for you. Click the submit button and then your site has been instantly added to the website directory.

So, not only does it save you time in finding all of these directories, BUT it saves you an incredible amount of time filling out each and every website’s submission criteria. To learn more about Directory Submitter, visit the link below:

But, please keep this to yourself, as I’d like to keep this our secret weapon

To your future success.
Enjoy!
